Jaume is a Policy Manager at smartEn, the European business association integrating the consumer-driven solutions of the clean energy transition. With over a decade of professional experience in Brussels, Jaume specialises in issues related to demand-side flexibility in buildings and neighbourhoods, as well as the digital agenda. Prior to joining smartEn, Jaume led the energy team at BEUC, the European Consumer Organisation. His background also includes roles in public affairs consultancy firms, trade associations, and the European Parliament.
